DAY 16:

…To continue and clarify; the philosophy of causality is presented as: Cause and Effect. Today this could read as: Belief and Outcome or Evidence.

If we have been living in a society that has slowly, continuously been teaching us to evidence what we believe in before we have had chance to develop our concepts how will we ever learn to live by the correct order of things: Belief - Concept - Outcome.

Life is about rhythm, balance and frequencies. We each have our own version of these but you can’t place effect before the cause and you can’t put outcome before belief. It just doesn’t work.

Obviously it goes without saying that all the above and that of Day 15’s post is dependent on what our belief system is and how radical this might be. I’m coming at this from the eye of an artist and creative, so my aims are about giving artists better proportionality when it comes to pay, funding and opportunities in general. History has already shown us what powerful beliefs in the wrong minds can lead to, so, all of this has to come with a big dose of good will and intention.

My observations are that this skewed version of cause and effect is part of our present day and has led us to misunderstand what our purposes are and therefore made us more doubtful when it comes to personal and community innovation. If we can harness this more creative way of thinking we can all be living in a much more mindful and connective way.
