RGA works with groups from a wide range of backgrounds - from businesses and organisations to community and educational audiences. This inclusion of the term 'Residency' has been introduced to businesses as a way of sustaining  this level of creative training by working alongside your team at a higher frequency. This simply means the RGA facilitator will be placed with your company for an agreed period of time and number of days.
