Team Builidng is Raw Grounds broader skills training day for larger groups. These can take the form of a bonding experience for an away day or weekend experience or be used to focus on team communication and cohesion using collaborative exercises with specific skills. Employee roles can be addressed during creatively focused workshops, while hopes and aspirations find fruition through accessible art processes.
